What you can do
- Year Selection
- Select the year for which you want to see the holidays. Calculations are done automatically.
- List view
- Shows all the holidays of the selected year with date and day of the week.
- Calendar view
- Shows the holidays in a calendar format for a clearer overview.
- Year comparison
- Shows the holidays for multiple years at once, useful for comparison.
What you'll see in the results
- Mandatory holidays (New Year's Day, March 25th, October 28th, etc.)
- Movable holidays (Clean Monday, Good Friday, Easter, Whit Monday)
- Day of the week and whether it falls on a weekend
- Total number of holidays per year
Smart Vacation Planner
In the "Calendar" view, the right-hand column has the "Smart Vacation Planner" section — it shows you how to use a few days of regular leave to achieve the longest possible consecutive holiday.
From the dropdown menu, select how many leave days you plan to take (1 to 4) — the application automatically combines these days with the weekends and holidays of the year, and shows you all the periods where a few leave days "unlock" a multi-day break (e.g. with just 1 leave day next to a holiday + weekend, you get a 4-day break).

Frequently asked questions
Easter (and the holidays that depend on it, such as Clean Monday) is calculated automatically every year based on the Orthodox calendar — you don't need to look it up yourself.
The list shows the official public/private sector holidays. Some sectors (e.g. banks) may have additional local/sector-specific holidays.
