What you need to fill in
- Hire date
- Your first day of work.
- Calculation date
- The date you want the leave to be calculated for (e.g. today or your departure date).
- Working week
- Choose 5-day or 6-day. This affects the number of leave days.
- Monthly Salary
- Your current salary in euros.
- Prior service
- Years of work with previous employers (optional).

The law provides for a different number of leave days per year of service for 5-day (e.g. 20-26 days) and 6-day (e.g. 24-32 days) employment.
Only if you want previous years of work with another employer to be taken into account, which increase the leave days you are entitled to. If you have none, leave it blank/0.
